The hotel is not very old, is small and is clean. The room we had was small and practically classified. The small bathroom with shower and toilet. All clean and clean. The bed was less, plastic cutting mat there and bad kitchens. Also a little bit, there was no refrigerator. Breakfast was not very good, a little bit rough and the tables were not cleaned. Further a great stay for 1 night.

It is a good hotel: rooms are spacious and clean. Rooms have the necessary comfort if you travel on business: there is a kitchenette, which may be very helpful. The wi-fi is very good and there are enough conditions if you need to work. The staff is kind and helpful. If you drive there, then the hotel has a parking area. If you travel by public transport, then you have to walk either a few hundred metres to more than a km. depending on whether you travel by bus or by train. Also, it is not so easy to get a bus straight to the centre, although it is only 2 km far away- Currently breakfast is served at the brasserie (arbre du pain), next door. The offer is so broad there, mainly with Portuguese pastry, that there is no need to purchase the breakfast at the hotel. Opposite the hotel there is a cosy Italian restaurant - Dimmi si.

Foi d'alsacien un meilleur compromis va être difficile à trouver au Luxembourg! Un hôtel propre avec des chambres très agréables. Un personnel très avenant et super sympathique (Céline, Joseph & Co..), on ressent que les salariés prennent plaisir a travailler, leur directeur mérite également d'être saluer!Nous avons mangé à la brasserie, les pizzas et les moules étaient excellentes avec des tarifs très raisonnables. Quand je lis certains commentaires concernant des prix abusifs...le plat du jour était affiché à 13€, franchement les gens... Je recommande grandement cet établissement !!! 👍👍👍

Since we are almost never using the typical hotel services, a apartment with kitchenette is better suited to us. And the Residence home in Belval is the best we have booked. The equipment is complete, including with the main kitchen tools and dishes, so you don't have to bring anything. The bathroom is quite large with a flat shower, which we personally love. A large window can be opened right, although air conditioning is available, it is also very pleasant. The staff is always friendly and attentive, you feel welcome and that is still 24/7! Clear recommendation, we will live here again at the next visit and look forward to it.

The overall price/performance ratio is quite high. It is close to the belval train station, and the surrounding restaurants are also very convenient. You can store your luggage. There are bars, cafes and restaurants in the store, and you can choose to self-service. The disadvantage is that it does not provide toothbrushes, toothpaste, slippers. The room I was initially allocated was very very tiny. As I had booked for 6 nights, I kindly asked the receptionist to re-allocate me in another room. I had booked a room with double bed and the room I was given had only one twin bed and still there was no space to move. The receptionist was very helpful and changed the room in a double bed room as booked, immediately when I shared my concern. I could not make the change in the first night because there was not any receptionist on Sunday after 8 pm. We were given the keys by a person living at the building in front of the hotel. The rooms were generally clean. Two of my colleagues in the same trip were allocated spacious rooms. There was a bottle of water everyday, which was very helpful given that the shops closed by 6pm in Esch. Staff was very friendly. Breakfast very good.
