Lovely hotel on the river. Located just over the bridge from the old, historic area. An easy walk from hotel to the Christmas markets, restaurants, and shopping. The staff was helpful and nice, and the front desk staff was most accommodating. We loved the pop-up street dining options just outside the entrance. Cable cars and other small, cozy units were brought in for after work noshing and meeting. If you are interested in dining in a cable car which features fondue, make your reservations ahead of time. The hotel was clean. The breakfast was very nice, with a good assortment of eggs, meat, pastries, fruit, cereal, yogurt, juice, etc. The green juice/smoothie brought to the table for each person was delicious!

Hôtel bien situé. Chambre avec balcon et magnifique vue sur le Rhin. Boisson et fruits de bienvenue à l’arrivée. Petits détails qui font la différence, Comme par exemple le tapis de yoga dans la chambre. Jus détox au petit déjeuner. Une partie du riche buffet est proposé spontanément aux clients mais ne traine pas toute la matinée dans les plats. Effet antigaspillage efficace! Bravo!

Hôtel très bien situé. Accueil sympa et en français. Personnel à l'écoute de nos besoins. Nous voulions une suite avec possibilité d'avoir des pièces séparées, il n'y a que deux chambres qui ont un salon séparé, n'hésitez pas à la demander lors de votre réservation. Le déjeuner est vraiment top pour les amateurs de salé. Parking payant sous l'hôtel, il faut réserver la place à l'avance (CHF 28.- par jour)

comportement du personnel exécrable et pas digne de ces étoiles, nettoyage de la chambre douteux et fait en surface (moquette mal posée, taches sur les carrelages de la salle de bain, machine à café ne fonctionne pas et tasses de café mal nettoyées), mais le pire était la chaleur règnant dans la chambre avec un petit ventilateur de mauvaise qualité faisant un bruit effrayant. Et quand vous demandez des glaçons en chambre, on vous fait très bien comprendre que vous dérangez! Partez en courant, il y a assez de bons hôtels à Bâle, et si c'est pour la vue, vous pouvez marcher quelques minutes pour en profiter, les rives sont emplies de café. A noter que le restaurant ne fait pas partie de l'hôtel, et que c'est bruyant (jusqu'à 5h du matin pour ma part)

Zimmer sehr schön, sauber, gute Matrtze top. Fantastisch duftende Pflegeartikel von Rituals. Nespressomaschine❤️ im Zimmer. Sehr freundliche Mitarbeiter vom Empfang bis zu Frühstückservice. Dieses findet gestaffelt statt, alles frisch und grosse Auswahl. Gute Qualität vo Kaffee übers Joghurt bis zu Fleisch, Säfte frisch.

A very different, quirky hotel. Our room overlooking the river was tiny but the space was used really well. I was happy staying for one night but wouldn’t want to stay longer. We had a tiny balcony with fabulous views but it wasn’t big enough to sit on. Breakfast outside on the terrace was good and plentiful but I don’t think children should be allowed to run around when people are carrying hot drinks and food. Reception was really helpful and friendly.
