The staff is very friendly and helpful. Basel card is very useful as well to get into any transportation for free. Most importantly, the hotel is next to train and main tram station so it’s very convenient to go anywhere.

just step to main railway.station and access to all bus.and Tram. Has direct airport bus as well.

Awfull No lift for top floor No water available for room No cup no glass , 10 meters room

we are arranged to a room on floor3 and no elevater to that floor so that we can only take the heavy luggage by ourselves.

The hotel is clean and located right on the German-Swiss border. There's a tram stop just outside. It's reasonably priced.

Small room but location and price are great. Staff was friendly, basically all the 3 hotels are in kind of a cooperation mode and the way to the room is a bit long. But as mentioned: a bed in this perfect location for not too much money - very good.

Easy to go as it’s near to both train station and tram. Cleanliness room and good services.

It truly lived up to its reputation; it's like a maze, after taking the elevator you still have to climb stairs. The pillows are really flat!
