some amenities mentioned was not available but in general the apartment is clean and quite spacious. The apartment owner also replied to our inquiries promptly so it was a nice experience.

The location is good near from Tram. I was in Trip with some friends and we like to cook our own meal during trip. So the kitchen is really helpful. Just the the owner give me just one password for apartment but we booked for 2, but lucky the answer our email.

Your Hospitality and facility turned our leisure trip into the worst. trip.
No response back to explained issues, especially managing hot climate, opening windows.
created more mess with bad odours from outside

Unfortunately, the code only worked at the main entrance, and the apartment door remained locked. According to the instructions, it's the same code, which was also confirmed by other residents, yet I still couldn't access the apartment. After seven attempts to enter the PIN, I looked up the emergency hotline number and called. After three 20-minute waits without any way to get through, I gave up. The calls were abruptly disconnected after 20 minutes, which didn't help me at all. I had no choice but to find alternative accommodation.

The hotel we got was generally better than the photos, which was very nice. Communication with the hotel owner was difficult because we weren't given access to our BaselCard. The room was generally very clean and large, and I'm very satisfied, but the communication and the fact that you can check in and out at fixed hours without any concessions weren't the best.
