The hotel is quite central and you can walk everywhere.
The room was clean but a bit too small. If you are not in the room all day but only to sleep then it is OK.
The breakfast buffet was sufficient.
I would definitely come more often.
The price/performance ratio is also OK.

Booked at the last minute following a delayed flight, everything went well. The staff was welcoming and understanding despite the late hour. The room and amenities are basic but it was fine for one night. Located not far from a tram stop and the train station.

This may be offered at any hotel, but when I checked in, I received a Basel Card, which allows me to use public transportation for free, so it was very convenient.
The front desk staff were very friendly and their explanations were concise and polite.

Because I arrived at the hotel at night, I wanted to have dinner nearby, but there was no convenient restaurant. So I used the free bus card provided by the hotel and took two stops to have a simple dinner.
