Honestly the best hostel i’ve ever stayed at. Comfortable, clean, and overall just a great place to be!! Absolutely book this hostel if you’re coming to Basel I couldn’t recommend it more.

Breakfast is available if requested, but it is very easy to use the fully equipped kitchen which is mostly used quite well by the guests.
Access by lift is available.
The bunks are quite wide and comfortable and there is lockable storage space.
The site is very near to public transport which is
convenient.
In summer there are eateries and drinking places right next door. There are food shops nearby.
Toilets and showers are all good and kept clean.

I paid for a queen single bed room but was given a family room with 4 bunk beds. I was struggling with power outlets to charge my phones because of not enough of them around my bed. Was way different than what was shown during booking. Had to checkout and walk to Basel SBB station early morning hours like around 5:30 to 6 but did not feel safe.

Die Unterkunft war sehr angenehm. Die Musik von der Disco um die Ecke bis nach 5 Uhr morgens war zu viel. um nicht zu sagen eine Zumutung.

Freundliches Personal, prima Zimmer, sauber und grosszügige mit bequemem Bett. Auf den Gängen erinnert es etwas an ein altes Spitalgebäude, ebenso die Duschen & WCs. Den Preis für knapp 80.- für ein EZ ohne WC/Bad finde ich persönlich etwas zu hoch angesetzt.

Si trova dietro la stazione dei treni, in una zona pertanto decentrata. Con i lavori stradali nel quartiere francamente ho fatto un po' fatica a trovarlo con Google maps, tuttavia l'impatto è stato dei migliori. L'ostello, una vecchia struttura industriale recuperata, è stato arredato in maniera eclettica ed originale, con piante gigantesche che spuntano anche nel bagno. Camerate molto piccole ma dotate di armadietto. Cucina ampia e organizzata. Come in tutte le altre strutture regalano la tessera per i mezzi pubblici. Considerato il caro-vita svizzero, 26 CHF per una notte in agosto è un prezzo più che onesto e comunque il più basso nel mio lungo tour svizzero
