Clean hotel, pleasant staff, interesting room style, but there is no safe, and the water glasses are only paper and only in the bathroom. For me, the hotel was a bit far from the station and the tram (subjectively), this was especially felt in the evening after all the excursions.

The room was very clean. In addition, there was a little girl at the front desk who was very enthusiastic and spoke great English. A must-like praise!

We stayed here one night and at 9.30 in the morning a service person came to knock on our door to see if we were leaving and wanted to come and clean the room, which made us feel uncomfortable and brought forward our departure because it gave the impression that we were bothering. The room is small but it was clean

The room is not very big, the facilities are complete, the environment is OK, but the service and sanitation are very poor. When it comes to daily cleaning service, the hand towels are basically replaced after three or four days or even longer. There were a few days when the towels left next to the room were not taken away for a few days, and the floor towels were even worse. Water was only available on the first day of stay, and you had to pay extra for it if you stayed there. The paper cups for washing were not replenished or replaced. If you called to inquire if you had any problems, the front desk staff said that the phone was noisy and you'd better come down to the front desk to talk to them, and then hung up the phone. With such facilities and conditions, it costs more than 1,100 yuan a day

The room configuration is comparable to Atour, and the stay is quite comfortable. There is free coffee and lemonade at the front desk for self-service. The location is average. There is not much food nearby. It is a 15-minute walk from SBB.
