Check in was quick and we were given the Basel card for free tram use. It was so convenient and easy to move around. There were food places near the hotel including supermarket.

Good service

Location: Near the exhibition hall, 10 minutes walk from Basel Bad train station, and there are living areas around. Hardware service: The hotel is very new and the rooms are clean. Room service is fast!

The room is great, but the soundproofing is not very good. You can clearly hear the sound from next door... There are many kinds of breakfast and the service is very good. If the charging head is not suitable, please ask the front desk to provide one directly. The little incident was when I checked out, I found that a dinner was charged to me, but when I took out the bill, it was not my room number, so the front desk apologized. Overall very good

The hotel is in Little Basel. Although it is not the old town, it is not far away. There is a tram just outside the door. A free Basel card is provided. The museum is half price and the bus is free. It is very convenient. The room is new and comfortable. Although the Chinese service is not available , but it did not affect communication. When you go out, you are right at the convention and exhibition center, which means that you will get a free bed.

I don’t know where it got so many good reviews. The hotel service was extremely poor. The check-in staff was probably new. After waiting for half an hour, they didn’t give me the room card. The room I was given had a smell. I asked them to tell them that it was because of the weather🤷♀️I said I wanted to see other rooms. , and reluctantly changed my room. On the second day after I checked in, my money was inexplicably deducted. I went to the front desk and said it was her colleague's mistake yesterday. She said that it would be refunded to the card as soon as possible after check-out. I'm sorry. There was no definite attitude at all. Three hours after checking out, I still didn’t receive a message. When I asked to pick up my luggage, they still looked impatient! Not recommended hotel

Perfect place

Lovely property; perfect for business travel. The staff was incredible. Special shout out to Christoph, our bartender. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and made beautiful cocktails.

Overnight stay in Basel returning from S. France. Hotel looked amazing. Room was clean (as expected). Nice location. Cards for free city transport. Beds were ultra hard. No a/c control so room was OK but not really cooling (as it was 90 degrees F). Website said parking was available but that means finding a parking garage and walking 2-3 blocks. Hotel does not validate parking. Overall decent stay.
