la struttura è ben organizzata, camere molto belle, silenziose, comode, pulite. viaggiavo con 2 figli. piscina interna, 2 piscine, con spa. spogliatoio con phon , tutto super comodo, vicinissimo a parma e a dei bellissimi castelli. consigliatissimo!

Prenotato un pacchetto weekend con cure direttamente sul sito . Reception disorganizzata e poco attenta : non ci sono state fornite tempestivamente le indicazioni per fare visita medica e iniziare le terapie inalatorie . Abbiamo perso tre ore e avuto la camera alle 16 , quando eravamo arrivati alle 11 . Abbiamo dovuto chiedere più volte come funzionava finchè hanno capito che il pacchetto acquistato comprendeva anche le cure . Chiesto camera doppia e ci ritroviamo una matrimoniale . Ci viene detto che avrebbero separato i letti : dopo 15 minuti ci dicono che non è possibile . Poi spostati in suite , a dire loro , scomodissima per secondo letto in soppalco con scaletta ripidissima e molto pericolosa , senza comodino o armadio , con solo una piantana . Chi si alza di notte per andare in bagno deve scendere questa scaletta molto pericolosa , poi attraversare il salottino e la camera da letto . Il bagno con vasca jacuzi : peccato che il doccino sia fissato alla parete dal lato opposto di dove sono i dispenser dei saponi . La doccia con Jacuzi , non funzionava , e non c'erano i dispenser dei saponi : abbiamo dovuto scastrare quelli della vasca . La porta della doccia ci è rimasta in mano e ho dovuto tornarla a fissare alla meno peggio perchè i supporti sono vecchi e precari . La sera della prima cena ci viene contestato il servizio mezza pensione finchè dopo verifica ci viene detto che è compreso nel nostro pacchetto. La seconda sera , di sabato , nonostante fossimo al terzo piano , impossibile dormire o guardare televisione perchè al bar sottostante c'era la serata karaoke : sembrava di averli davanti alla finestra e questo fino oltre le 23 . Anche altri clienti si sono lamentati ma è stato risposto che l'hotel non può farci niente perchè è un'altra gestione . Il servizio del ristorante è troppo veloce e mi sono visto portare il piatto mentre avevo ancora la forchetta in mano e la bocca piena . Tra una portata e l'altra non c'è attesa ..... date un attimo di tempo !!! Inoltre è la prima volta che nel ristorante di un hotel a quattro stelle devo ordinare la cena per il giorno dopo . E' un servizio da albergo tre stelle al mare . Quando vado a pagare mi viene richiesto un extra di 40 euro per un servizio aggiuntivo che avevo usufruito . Dopo avere insistito e spiegato che già era compreso nel totale della loro proposta sono a riuscito a chiarirmi . I problemi sopra esposti in maggioranza dovuti a disorganizzazione . Peccato perchè l'hotel ha un gran parco molto bello e le piscine sono belle ed è piacevole per le cure e anche per rilassarsi . Molto belli anche i solarium . Comodo e pratico l'accesso dall'hotel agli stabilimenti termali .

Durante il mio recente soggiorno presso questo albergo con piscine, sono rimasto estremamente soddisfatto. L'esperienza è stata eccellente sotto ogni aspetto. Un plauso speciale va al personale del ristorante: non solo estremamente competente, ma anche attentissimo a ogni esigenza degli ospiti. Il loro servizio impeccabile e la loro gentilezza hanno reso ogni pasto un momento davvero piacevole e memorabile. Gli spazi dell'albergo sono altrettanto degni di nota. Le aree comuni e le stanze sono belle, ampie e pulitissime, curate nei minimi dettagli. L'arredamento è stato scelto con gusto, creando un ambiente accogliente e raffinato. In sintesi, consiglio vivamente questo albergo a chiunque desideri un soggiorno di alta qualità, grazie alla professionalità del personale e alla cura degli ambienti. Non vedo l'ora di tornarci!

Ho soggiornato 2 notti in questo hotel, perché impegnato in un corso di aggiornamento in medicina termale, ospitato nella sala congressi della struttura stessa. La classificazione 4 stelle può apparire generosa se si considera l'aspetto un po' datato di alcuni particolari (corridoi con moquette, servizi igienici e arredi delle camere molto easy, porte con serratura elettronica ma per nulla fonoisolanti); ma risulta invece più che meritata per quanto concerne la ristorazione e la dotazione di apparecchiature per i trattamenti termali, il magnifico parco e il comodo parcheggio.

I purchased a couple's trip with a light lunch included. They threw us three paltry starter plates with inedible sushi and a plate of half-cold ravioli. The cold tubs and the structure needed to be renovated. Furthermore, in the hydromassage tub there was a mix of hair and hair. really dirty yellow stuff sorry but I don't recommend it

Disappointing to say the least.... The spa facility needs renovation, it's old, you can see rust in many places and the changing rooms are full of limescale and yellowish stains, the pools don't have the indicated temperature... the hotel is a 4 star just for the price... In our room the bathroom door didn't close and even though I was with my husband, I think it's also a fundamental thing for hygiene... the soap dispenser for washing hands didn't it worked, the Jacuzzi had the knob detached and it didn't work and the toilet flush remained blocked and often either water continued to come out or it no longer loaded water into the tank.... we promptly reported everything and were told that they would do it I present everything to the maintenance worker who met the next morning half an hour before leaving... When it comes time to check out I present everything to the lady at the reception who looks at me with a disconsolate expression and tells me "a disaster.. We could have changed the room..." The bill arrives...12 euros discount!!!! Ridiculous....NEVER MORE...TRULY DISCERKING!!!!! Ah..I forgot...be careful at the restaurant.... Ask for a glass of wine and they give you the bottle..... whoever I've heard has had the same "problem"!!! Last observation... breakfast... Absolute savings!!!!

The benefit that this water reserves is incalculable. Maybe people mistake chlorinated pools for "spas", so they have to come here to understand the difference! We were in the water from 10am to 6pm, floating and breathing well-being! The entire treatment center is in order. Everyone was very kind. The sauna is a real powerful sauna, as is the steam bath. The gym has great machines. Furthermore, the park with ancient trees is wonderful. So much substance that makes this spa center a special place with an excellent quality-price ratio. Above all: salt water gives fantastic smooth skin with a lifting effect that surprised me!!!! We will be back in October to do the thermal mud too! Sabrina

We spent a night in this hotel in the company of friends and colleagues, a truly large group! It was a very pleasant and relaxing weekend. the rooms were spacious and quiet, I rested very well. The spa is very comfortable, you leave and return from the room in your bathrobe. it is small but nothing is missing, Turkish bath, sauna, tiepidarium and two large thermal water pools with hydromassage. we found two days of sunshine, unseasonably warm, and we also took advantage of the solarium. we ate at the hotel both for dinner on the day of arrival and for lunch on the day of departure. dishes prepared with care, including local recipes. the buffet of starters and side dishes is rich. also the rich and varied breakfast, served until 10am, therefore also for the less early risers. the staff in general were very kind and always present. on Saturday evening the entertainment with the piano bar was fun!

We spent a weekend in the company of former colleagues. Courteous welcome and maximum availability. The spa is a little dated but the water is fantastic, I have psoriasis problems and I've improved a lot. Huge rooms and beds, bathrooms in need of modernization.
