Very good hotel all the amenities were present, a washing machine a big bathroom a balcony and a stove, the pools were big and there was even a place for the PlayStation and a super market. Very good hotel I recommend it !

So disappointed with the lack of cleanliness in our room, which frankly should not be sold as such. The swimming pool closed at 1750 instead of the advertised 2000 hours so we could even have a swim. There were no cleaning materials for the kitchen and the cutlery was filthy. Enough morning / just awful.

Hattusa vacation thermal’a gittik arkadaşlarla,sıpa alanı gayet güzel ve temizdi havuz gayet güzeldi, sıpa alanında ki görseller ver aydınlatmalar çok güzeldi, masaj konusunda da gayet başarılıydılar. Temizlik görevlisi Sevim Hanım be personeller gayet güler yüzlü ve ilgiliydiler. Herşey için teşekkürler.
