The property is terribly mismanaged. Parking is difficult to get because of the bar downstairs and they keep you hanging till 1 pm for getting parking. The acs don’t work. The sheets are stained. The property itself is a maze. The front office staffs are just low level goons. They don’t give towel or water even after being asked a thousand times.

It's the worst experience of my life. The hotel is uncleaned and the bedsheet is very dirty, the room is stinking. Staff is not helping as well.

It has been extremely pleasant stay. Very polite front desk and housekeeping team. Been there for 2 nights with family. Had a wonderful experience. Family loved and enjoyed a lot. Food is awesome. Special thanks to maruti for her hospitality and gajanan for his kind nature. Regards
