Booked last minute to get a one night stay. At arrival called Urban Homy servicedesk and they remotely opened all doors, to let me in to the apartment. The lady told me: you can find the key cards on the table. But unfortunately there was no key card. Also the apartment smelled terrible, due to people intensively smoked inside. The lady told me to be patient and she should organize a key. After half an hour, I called her again but still nothing organized. Due to the missing key, I also didn't had access to the bath room. After one hour called again and she asked me to search again, since the key should be in the room. But nothing was there and she didn't really had an idea how to solve the issue. She told me to be patient, while they were working on a solution. I lost my patience and cancelled the booking and left the apartment. Of course due to late cancellation, I had to pay the full amount

We liked the hotel a lot, it is a hotel with few rooms, the classic one is fair in size, but everything is very clean and decorated with great taste, very classic, the bathroom was small, it had a shower, but it had everything and everything was in perfect condition condition. At breakfast, we did not know that the hot dishes had to be ordered, it was not indicated and they did not offer it to us either, but seeing other customers order it, we also did it, except that, everything was very correct and the attention of the employees also.

Very nice location, value and yes, Tanya and all of the other front-desk staff were super-helpful. I'm glad we picked up a car on our way out of Trieste, absolutely no reason to have one if you don't have to. Yes, the breakfast room is small, but the selection is delightful indeed. A nice choice (especially if one doesn't have a car...) in Trieste! Meanwhile: When there, you MUST take the maybe-quarter-mile walk up the street to Gelateria Zampolli, the best Gelato we have ever had...

In short: best place to stay in central Triëst. Atmospheric building, comfortable and well-equipped appartments (home cooking), professional staff. We checked in late in a weekend, so (due to covid-restrictions) no staff at reception - but information by sms and e-mail how to check in (and park our car) was easy and complete. Had a great stay, wishing we could have stayed for a week or so.

Nice hotel inside the port. Ingress in the car is a bit complicated but helped by the videoclip included in the booking mail. The ingress of the hotel could be reported better. A friendly and available concierge. Room at the first floor, wide, clean. Comfortable bathroom and clean. Matches to be updated. No optimal soundproofing of the rooms. Breakfast at the last floor suitable for the hotel level. In the complex, the hotel is a good structure.

The apartment is located in a beautiful old building, in excellent location, just a few minutes from the Canale Grande/Vecchio. Very clean and ordently. Clean textiles. spacious. Once a week, a basic cleaning and replacement of bed linen and towels takes place. The bathroom is beautiful and well equipped. However, only the most necessary and simple is available. About standard articles such as. Wrists or tops are to be asked extra. In addition, the noise from the kitchen is unfortunately very noisy and disturbs significantly during sleep (therm and extremely noisy refrigerator). At my request, the heat was closed at night, nothing happened. The air conditioning works, but is extremely noisy during operation. The refrigerator was wrongly set and is poorly designed. The condensation water runs under the vegetable box and, by increasing it, ensures that the door is almost impossible to close, which is blocked. Problems such as the wrong setting of the refrigerator or the defected toilet washing box were quickly fixed by the staff. Partly, the walls could be removed and some items (e.g. beans in the bathroom) could be replaced. The staff takes care of it, but you don't feel very welcome as a guest. It is provided a service to the guest with the necessary courtesy. All beyond that is not considered necessary. Concluded: good accommodation in top position, best suited for unexpected and short stays. For me too expensive with these shortcomings. With a little effort you could improve the stay of guests a little bit and make it beautiful. Shame that so little customer connection is operated.

The room was very hot. The air conditioner is small and doesn't work. And the window cannot be opened because of the noise in the street and a lot of mosquitoes. Overall clean and good breakfast

Certo un alloggio un po' 'freddo'. Non c'è reception e non si comunica con nessuno, il check funziona in automatico con codice che ti consegnano via email. Gli appartamenti sono bene o male tutti uguali, con cucina (molto utile se si sta + giorni) e alcuni con una stanzetta con divanetto oltre alla camera matrimoniale. Bagno bello, doccia grande, ottima pulizia. In pieno centro.
