Brook is the worst receptionist I have ever met, she yelled at another receptionist who was still on training in front of us. She was rude to him and us!!! I also can’t believe there is no bottle of water in the room and I need to pay for it!!!! This hotel is 4 star and almost $200 a night. They can’t even afford water? All facilities are old. The outlet next to my bed was broken. Only good thing about this hotel is the bed is pretty comfortable.

Great service.. looked after me very well Very professional …!!!! Very convenient …! Close to many amenities …..!!!! I would definitely come back here again … Rooms where clean….. Good size rooms…. Allowed me to comfortably conduct my business matters……

The staff were very friendly AND HELPFUL. WE requested pastries for breakfast, which were beautifully presented on a platter with fresh fruit and accompanied with delicious coffee and Chia Latte. Best coffee I have had in a long time, I am not an all out coffee person. We had a water leak in the bathroom which I believe was from the bathroom basin taps. The hotel could do with a bit of updating, repainting and removing the baths and replacing them with walk in showers. The baths are not ideal for older persons. The air fan in the bathroom was very noisy all they time. Bed was very comfortable and clean Downside if you don't have a car as your disposal, taxis can work out expensive, a little cheaper is uber. Overall, thank you for having us at a reasonable price. Robyn . Melbourne

Thank you to all the staff at Rydges Bankstown, the room was wonderful, the housekeeping was excellent, thank you Keshni, the hotel had a great feel from the lobby all the way to my room. The staff where very welcoming and always with a smile on their face, and took the time to have a friendly conversation with you. I will definitely stay with you again, thank you all.
