Lock Keeper, Worksop by Marston's Inns

Nice hostel with good hygiene and a pleasant environment. I will come again for my next year vacation.

Worst night I’ve had in a hotel for years door’s banging nearly all night constantly noisy people obviously not working people. Seriously considering swapping hotels for next visit can’t risk that again

The rooms where lovely and clean and tea and coffee available in the room . The bed was so comfortable and the bathroom was so nice and clean the house keepers where very nice the next morning so pleasant and happy 😆 I would stay again when I am passing through.

Perfectly sized room with all the key amenities for a day stopover. Sadly the floor wasn't vacuumed and whilst the car park was tucked round the corner with CCTV, the flood lights lit up the room even with the curtains closed. We had breakfast on the saturday and was told it was the "carvery" option, which wasn't clear on the menu, but turns out the most expensive option even though we were probably going to have continental. Staff were very friendly but they seemed limited by things outside of their control (e.g. no juice and only few beer options on tap).

Just come back from staying here for 3nights whilst with work. All the staff were fantastic,very friendly and catered to everything you needed. The food was top class,but be aware around 5:30-7:00pm ish it can get very busy in the restaurant,that’s when I noticed the manageress becoming very flustered and off with her staff and a few customers (pls don’t do this remain professional as your staff did). The Inn beds were a little too hard but the rooms are great with everything you need and are exceptionally clean. Overall I will def go back here again if I’m in the area and would highly recommend this place to anyone.

I can only give really positive feedback on this stay at the Lock Keeper at Worksop. I arrived at the car park after a 6&1/2 hour drive on Friday only for my Clutch to go on my car rendering it immobile. I was frazzled. Luckily I had made it to the hotel 2 very kind staff members helped to push the car into a safe space. I had to await recovery from AA. The Bar staff were fantastic. . I checked into my room. Grabbed a soft drink and had to work out a plan as I was now Stuck without transportation. Everyone had heard about my plight and was checking I was ok. I was very lucky to be in such friendly surroundings. On Sunday I was awaiting a Recovery truck to take me back to South Wales . Housekeeping had heard about my ordeal and was happy for me to occupy my room until 12:30pm We were able to relax until the last minute and, this is because of the wonderful staff accommodating me. I sadly didn’t get to do things I planned to do due to my car issue, but I’ll be booking this hotel again very soon. Great location amazing staff and food was excellent. Thank You for making my weekend so much easier. I truly appreciate it
