店家太貼心了，因為我們行程晚了，12點多才到，進房間居然暖暖的，提前給我們插了電卡開了電熱毯，連鎖店能開到這真是沒得説

在然烏鎮外圈，視野沒有遮擋，可以定景觀房看看。我們是夜裡十二點多才到，前台很熱情，一位工作人員主動幫我們拿了行李，前台妹妹幫我們升級了地暖房，並且提前把地暖打開了，進房間就很暖和～房間熱水也很充足，離來古冰川開車20-25分鐘左右。

鯊臂的觀景房就踏馬是個詐騙噱頭，網上下單來了現場告訴你房間沒有，改普通大床房間，價格一樣。
小小的破窗一眼望出去就是對面房子。
設施：老久破爛，開門就一股黴味
衞生：看着就臟兮兮的，酒店的價格，賓館的待遇
服務：一個入住手續就搞了半個小時，還拽得像是人家欠了他八百萬一樣，
