Terrible service, especially from the person in charge at reception.
Air conditioning not working, to the point where it was 30 degrees in the room.
Horrible SPA, no one wearing a cap, even though it was mandatory, there was no hygiene in this place, besides being overcrowded.
Hotel refused to compensate customers even though it assumed that it did not provide the contracted services.
Bad experience that was only positive due to the good location.
Trip.com tried to compensate the hotel several times and it promptly refused all attempts, leaving customers injured.
Trip.com compensated the situation as much as possible.

Mais do que uma avaliação é o testemunho do que se pode encontrar neste hotel. Um hotel cujo interior surpreende pela sua qualidade e apresentação, contrastando com a simplicidade da sua fachada. Os funcionários que revestem esta simples fachada e elegante interior superam a classe pois a sua disponibilidade, atenção e profissionalismo superaram quaisquer inimagináveis expectativas. Surge um momento de aflição, porque ali também os existe, é necessário enfrentando constrangimentos recorrer a estes “estranhos” mas cuidadosos seres humanos que no desempenho das suas funções, despem a farda e transmitem o que inesperadamente falta, segurança. Um episódio de saúde que inesperadamente surgiu e após pedido de ajuda e apoio gentilmente acompanharam, registei aqui partilho e acompanhar-me-á para sempre. Obrigada a todos! Obrigada Joana 🥰

Un hotel excelente. El hotel esta situado a las afueras del pueblo a 5 minutos andando del centro. Tiene un supermercado en frente. El parking es al aire libre. Las habitaciones son amplias, limpias y con buena cama. La ducha es enorme, espectacular y a ras de suelo. Buen descanso, muy buen desayuno y espectacular restaurante. Personal muy agradable. Es un hotel 100% recomendable. Volveria.

Os quartos são espaçosos e confortáveis, mas algum mobiliário precisa de substituição. O pequeno almoço é pouco variado a nível de queijos, ovos, doces e a reposição é escassa. A zona de spa é agradável, mas com algumas desconformidades: piscina com dois jatos avariados, lâmpadas do tecto fundidas, alcatifa da entrada do spa toda manchada...de lamentar num hotel desta categoria. Caso se pretenda substituir as toalhas do spa por estarem molhadas, terá um custo adicional!! O staff é impecável e a localização muito central.

Gostámos imenso da nossa estadia no Hotel Villa Batalha. Foram atenciosos com os pedidos no momento da reserva: cama de casal e vista para o mosteiro. O quarto era bastante espaçoso, elegante, tranquilo e confortável. Dá para aceder a pé ao mosteiro, ao centro da localidade e a zona de restauração. O SPA é muito agradável, com boa higiene. E a envolvência do hotel também é simpática, com muito verde e jardim. O pequeno almoço apresenta variedade e qualidade.
