tv condition too bad, as photo, room so dusty as i wipe on table area, and service extremely slow, call for housekeeping, 3 times in 3 hours, promise to come but later after 5 hours.
rooms smelly, shower slow and have to call for flood in bathroom. staff at counter not all the time in the counter especially night, bit slow in understand the customer complaint. Really need to revised the star ratings for this hotel to avoid confusion on service. the curtains need to change as light from outside easily go in. and dont request for anything special such as higher floor or near to lift, as the hotel wont provide it

No unnecessary drama, no mysterious stains, no receptionist behaving like you interrupted their poetry reading. Just warm service and a stay that feels honest from the moment you arrive.
The room was comfortable, tidy, and had everything needed after a long day out. Bed did its job admirably — I slept like someone with no emails to answer.

This was quite a large hotel. As I took the elevator from the lobby to my room, I noticed a peculiar smell in the hallway. The scent in the elevator also didn't quite agree with me; it seemed to be from an automatic air freshener that just wasn't to my liking. I also caught a faint whiff of cigarette smoke while walking down the corridor. On the positive side, breakfast was absolutely superb – truly the best buffet meal. My only real issue was the smell in the accommodation. The staff were friendly, and I highly recommend trying the breakfast buffet. They had a great selection of fruits and various other dishes. The egg dishes were prepared in multiple delicious ways, and the noodle dishes were also very tasty.

I had a wonderful 3-night stay in a quiet and clean room. The staff were friendly, and I was very satisfied with the pool, gym, and breakfast, all for around 30,000 won. There's also a popular donut shop right by the hotel entrance! ^^

A decent hotel, breakfast was alright. Staffs are helpful they also got nice gym and swimming pool. May be need more lightings but overall it’s decent a place to stay.

Everything was okay, but at night suddenly the termites came out from the small holes in the wall above the bed headboard. Lucky after half hour no more coming out so we continue our sleep.

I really like that there are two Japanese restaurants nearby. The room was also very clean and the pool was spotless. I'll definitely stay here again!
