Surrounding was not convenient except near to Batam Centre Ferry Terminal. That’s all🤷♀️
No Breakfast included at all.

What a worst hotel and so many bad people outside the hotel, not easy for using grab and gojek in this hotel. Just look for another place to stay. They realy make me and my family not safe for stay in this hotel, while we want to use grab car or gocar they push us tonuse lokal taxi that more expensives. The hotel also let the local taxi driver for threaten us as the guest of the hotel and make our family not feeling safe to stay at this hotel.
