I found cockroach in my sink. Room looks to be vacant for a long time and has no window. No person at the drinks bar in the lobby I think they are understaff.

Overall is good in terms of location, service, and cleanliness. But the facilities may need to improve for example the swimming pool, it's in good design and also an attractive point for my hotel booking there, but lack of looking after there should be a lifeguard because the general pool water is quite deep in average, about 2M. The same also for the gym room, the air-con is not working and left only one running machine can be used etc. Please keep improving, this hotel should be more better than others in terms of pricing and location.

There is food and tableware left outside my room when I check in. There was no towels and electric kettle in the room. The shower handle is spoiled. The was no iron and ironing board in the room. Breakfast buffet option is limited.
There were even cockroaches in my friend’s room.
We went for the spa in the hotel and the services so disappointed with the price we paid. The masseurs even chit chat in their language about us and other customers which apparently we can understand.

Air-conditioning was not cool enough. Very near amenities. Walling distance to shopping centre. 5 minutes to batam Ferry Centre and mega mall. Breakfast spread is decent. Staff very helpful. Overall a pleasant stay.
