Our recent experience at this hotel was disappointing due to multiple issues with our room. The air conditioning was ineffective, making our room uncomfortably warm. Additionally, the water heater required about 10 minutes to heat up, which was inconvenient. To make matters worse, the room's phone was out of order, complicating communication with hotel staff.
Despite these challenges, the staff were courteous and tried to assist where possible. I hope this feedback encourages Sahid Hotel to address these maintenance issues swiftly. Improvement in these areas would greatly enhance the guest experience
