I never ever refer this hotel !
I order for ice cubes they simply said now the restaurant is busy can not provide
And they close IRD IN ROOM DINING 8:00 pm not fair
House keeping was good !

Very near to the batam ferry terminal, just few minutes car ride to the hotel.
Room is quite big but shower amenities can be improved . The shower room has limited shower equipment.

Our recent experience at this hotel was disappointing due to multiple issues with our room. The air conditioning was ineffective, making our room uncomfortably warm. Additionally, the water heater required about 10 minutes to heat up, which was inconvenient. To make matters worse, the room's phone was out of order, complicating communication with hotel staff.
Despite these challenges, the staff were courteous and tried to assist where possible. I hope this feedback encourages Sahid Hotel to address these maintenance issues swiftly. Improvement in these areas would greatly enhance the guest experience
