The hotel is in a great location, right next to the pier, and very convenient to Singapore and Malaysia. Opposite the hotel is an Arabic-style park. Next to the park is a large shopping mall. When checking in, the front desk provides free drinks and small boxes of chocolates. The hotel room is clean and tidy, and the stay experience is very good. The key is that the price is very affordable. I will stay here again.

We have a good day stay in here, they give us aromatherapy, the breakfast its good, staff is nice, room services is quick, everything is perfect. The location its only 5 minutes to reach big mall. Breakfast is 5 star for me, so many Indonesian food❤️.

Harris hotel is about 5 mins walk from Batam centre Ferry Terminal. It is also near to Batam Cetre Mega Mall (About 15 mins walk from Harris hotel. The Batam centre mage mall is linked to the mega mall via a link bridge from the 2nd storey of the Batam centre ferry terminal. The counter staffs are very friendly, courteous & polite. They served us a welcome drink for each person. The room is very clean, comfortable & simple.
