Location wise good, but far from away from facilities such as places to eat, convenience stores etc. Not suitable for families (6 in group) because only have 1 shower + toilet and 1 toilet. :(. Tiny room (3 bedrooms, yes have 3 bedrooms but it is the studio unit and put some partition to become 3 bedrooms...).

The apar**ent is very basic with old furniture. It is due for deep cleaning, a renovation and an inves**ent in new linnen or towels.

Small unit with 2 bedrooms, it’s a cheap place to stay.. checkin at 23:15 and checkout at 9:00 a short period for transition. beautiful view and good location. Small swimming pool

Unexpected location for overpriced cave.
No thanks. Only thing good of this adventure is its not far from civilisation. My biggest mistake this year. Batam booking.

I stayed at Queen Victoria Batam on 28th-1st July. So far For Facilities and prices are satisfactory.. Rooms are clean, suitable for families. The reception girl is very friendly, I'm really sorry I forgot her name, but I like to say Thank you with her for great Hospitality. We will come back once we visit Batam. Thank you Batam for a great holiday
