正如酒店名稱，整個酒店都十分先進。但是地庫衹能高底盤的SUV進入，低底盤的轎車衹能停門口。
設施：戴森吹風機，自動垃圾桶和自動窗簾一個不少，很高級，感覺比北上廣深這些大城市的酒店還高級。就是門鎖是和付款寶綁定的，衹能刷臉開門，如果沒有事先用過付款寶刷臉就要拿鑰匙開門。馬桶的感應也過於敏感，人在廁所門口就沖水，有時候沒人的時候也會沖，半夜有點嚇人。但總體來説非常好。
衞生：無可挑剔
環境：離城中心也不遠，巴塘還是挺熱鬧的。晚上也不會吵。
服務：待客禮貌，好評
