You and the staff at Canyon Cove Hotel and Spa were exceptional in their service and made sure that our stay was comfortable and enjoyable. From the receptionists to the restaurant staff, everyone was friendly and approachable. They were always ready to assist in any way possible to ensure that I had a pleasant stay. The room I stayed in was clean, spacious, and well-maintained. The amenities provided were top-notch, and I appreciated the little touches such as the complimentary toiletries, fresh towels, and the comfortable bed. The food at the hotel's restaurant was delicious, and I was impressed by the wide variety of dishes available. The quality of the food was excellent, and the presentation was impressive. Overall, my stay at Canyon Cove Hotel and Spa was a memorable and enjoyable experience. Checked in: Jan 25, 2021 Time: 9:51 PM Deluxe Room 12hrs Me and my partner checked-in at this hotel late at night since it was the decent one we found near the grand terminal. The room given to us was clean but the floor was really sticky. We remember checking in at around 10pm but I had to call the front desk the next morning (9am) just to make sure I'm not mistaken since they did not provide us any checkout information when we paid for our room. The girl who I spoke to said we checked in at 9pm and they will only allow a 15min grace period for us to pack up and leave right away. I asked how much it will cost for us to have an additional hour so we can eat breakfast but the girl said she is not sure of how and that she will need to call us back. After a few minutes she called back and said we need to pay 180PHP for another hour to spend at the hotel. My partner was the one who answered the call and agreed so that they would let us stay until 10am. They DO NOT SERVE ANY MEALS, only cup noodles and junk food so we had to order food delivery. My partner went down the lobby to get our breakfast from the delivery guy and also spoke to the receptionist to confirm what was our check-in time last night. She was told it was 9:51PM and not 9PM contrary to what she told me when I called. After eating we packed up our things and went down right away so that we no longer need to extend an additional hour on our stay. The receptionist told us we still need to pay 180PHP even though we did not consume the 1hr extension since it was already recorded on their system. I argued but had to pay since we were on a hurry. TLDR: WE WERE ASKED TO PAY FOR AN EXTRA HOUR ON OUR STAY EVEN THOUGH WE CHECKED OUT ON TIME. THEY DO NOT SERVE ANY MEALS. THE STAFF IS NOT FRIENDLY AND PROPERLY TRAINES, EVEN THE GUARD WHO KEPT ON STARING AT US. P.S I HOPE THE MANAGEMENT WILL TAKE ACTION AND TRAIN THEIR PEOPLE TO BE PROFESSIONAL. CUSTOMER RELATIONS NEED IMPROVEMENT. THE RECEPTIONIST IS INCONSIDERATE.

The hotel room is large, but partial to 4-star standards, bamboo. The beach environment is very good, the sand is very fine, there are various water activities but you have to pay extra, there is a car in the park to take you to the beach, and it is very close by walking. The food is relatively monotonous, but overall it is a very relaxing resort, and I would like to go again.

We stayed at Blue Crystal Beach Resorts for two weeks. We had the most wonderful time resting, sightseeing, island hopping and walks around the neighborhood. Breakfast is free which makes it taste even better, hahaha! On the serious side, the encounters we have had with the staff are phenomenal! Greets you with the sweetest biggest smile!!! Always asking if there is anything we need for our room, prepared our meals accordingly, at times even gave us the option if there is anything we wanted to eat out of the menu. They even go above and beyond their call of duty to ensure we have eaten before they leave for the night, how amazing is that! Truly unheard off! Thank Dolor and Annalyn for going the extra mile so we didn’t starve for the night. Thank you to Lucy and Ram for preparing our meals according to our dietary guidelines and make taste yummy! Thank you Phia, Josie and the rest of the staff whom kept our room very clean, well stocked and smelled really good. Until our next stay, take care of yourselves! It is suitable for children, the pool can be played casually, and there is a small kayak that can be easily drawn. Breakfast is free and there are many kinds to choose from. But the menus are all in English, you need to download the English quick translation to order. The environment is very good, you can see it by opening the video yourself. Suitable for vacation and leisure, not suitable for too busy. A little distance from the white sand beach. But traveling can let the hotel call the tug.

I wish to commend the management of Philip Ann Resort headed by Donald (Property Manager) and his outstanding team/staff for making our 2 nights and 3 days a very memorable and truly relaxing experience. We had a Japanese guest with us and we requested a nice “seafood boodle fight” setup in the beachfront bamboo raft and Donald made sure that everything is perfectly organized. Afterwards, we had a great time snorkeling and kayaking the whole afternoon and later on enjoyed the stunning sunset. It's my first time in Solano Hotel, around 2nd week of March. Customer service is great! Everyone greets you with a smile plus they respond quickly to requests making sure needs are taken cared of for their guests. What i like most during my stay was the roof deck experience. You can see 360 degree-view of Lipa, with all the nearby mountains. The scenic view gives you perfect sight of sunset, and of course the bonus feeling of peace of mind.

Service and hotel was fantastic. Very relaxing and the food was A+++ only negative was a lot of confusion with the final bill. I think it should be more itemised and in Filipino currency not US. Whenever you order food you should be given a bill. You are not really sure if it is accurate. Otherwise I would stay again.

Checked in on the 18th, the environment is very good, the service is very thoughtful, very safe, there are hotel staff guarding the door at night! A special mention is that this restaurant is really great. I recommend going to her house for dinner. I ordered three or four dishes and it was dazzling! (PS On the second day of check-in, I left my phone on the chair by the pool after swimming. When I found out that I was looking for it, the hotel staff just delivered it to the door of the room very enthusiastically. Thank you so much!)

Location - This place is not that far from the Metro. Madali din lang syang mahanap through waze. Rooms - Rooms are exquisite. May bath tub for family rooms. Sobrang ganda ng ambience. Medyo mahal nga lang yung mga rooms and di pa kasama ang breakfast. Kumpleto toiletries when you go here. So no need to worry for your towels, shampoo and soap. Vibe - If you are looking for a place with a touch of Santorini, then this place is for you. konte lang tao when we visited so it doesnt feel crowed. For me, the vibe feels luxurious and not cheap. Activities - Free kayak and snorkling, so we availed those. Ang bait pa ng nag assist samen na si Kuya Janjan. Then he offered island hopping and snorkling ulit. Sulit naman. just ask kung magkano, standard naman yung rates. Mas mahal pag fri-sun. We visited an island with white sand beach. pang puno sa mga pics namin. Service - When we arrived, ramdam na agad namin ang warmth ng mga tao. halos lahat binabati kame from front desk at sa mga nag assist samin going to our room. Sa Greeka restaurant, ang babait din ng mga staff. 2nd day namin and alam nila na kakain kame meron na naka save na table for us. sina Rommel, Kevin and Joel ang nag assist samen. we reuqested for additional sabaw ng sinigang, and di sila nagdalawang isip na bigyan kame. may complimentary pa kame na leche flan from sir roger! tapos sa swimming area, again si kuya janjan ang masugid na bantay. sya din sumama samen sa island hopping. makulit, makwento at binantayan naman kame. maayos din kumuha ng picture!!! All i can say is thank you sa lahat ng staff! they will really make your vacation memorable. Food - you only have 1 choice of resto here, Greeka. i should say masarap yung pinoy options nila especially yung pork sisig. so so yung pizza and pasta nila, kaya isang beses lang namin inorder. pwede kayo magdala ng light snacks pero wag lang alcoholic drinks. medyo mahal lang alcohol, so chill lang kme sa inuman. Safety - i feel safe here. Pagdating mo sa room, meron silang sanitizing kit. lahat ng staff naka face mask and readily available ang sanitizer. regular din yung fogging nila ng common areas. Overall, this is a place worth the try. malapit lang sa manila. a bit pricey pero worth it naman and hindi ganun kamahal compared sa other resorts sa batangas. lastly, ang babait ng staff so sulit ka sa bakasyon mo!
