Cabin 1
There was a lovely long shower cubicle. It would have been nice if there had been a rail at the end of the cubicle where we could hang wet togs/swimmers/cossies.
A teapot in the kitchen would be a useful addition.

4 nights in Batehaven
We really enjoyed our 4 nights here. The cabin was lovely and clean and well presented. The bed was very comfortable. Perfect location for access to the beach and Batehaven shopping *****. Maos Thai Restaurant was amazing for dinner :)

They're charging always extra money for nothing
We had an issue with hotel staff "not the first time",, they charge us after check-out some extra fees.. when we ask why? there answer "Villa was not clean".
This time we spent 2 hours clean the villa very well including toilets and I recorded video for that.
The surprised is they charge me 100 for same reason!
Be careful they always do that even if you cleaned your villa.

Bad staff
Very bad staff and not nice at all. Specially the lady in the reception she is disrespectable the customer. When you want to spend your vacation in nice place and nice have a nice services from the hotel staff. This hotel you is not your choice at all.
The staff they are not good at all and there's no any services at this hotel.
