Property was very nice, clean and staff were friendly. Only struggle was the bed was not the most comfortable. Springs in your back aren’t fun.

I booked through World2MeetDirect, which showed a $ 242/night room rate and at the end of the process, added $ 174/day in fees and taxes. A medical emergency made it necessary to cancel our two day stay. Hampton Inn told me they could not cancel or refund because the reservation was made through a third party. Hampton knew of World2MeetDirect but could not provide any contact information for that company even though it accepts bookings through them, and denied any responsibility. It turns out this company is located in Spain and makes it very difficult to communicate with them, for simple reservation changes, like cancellation. Hampton Inn, a Hilton company, which receives revenue from World2MeetDirect, takes zero responsibility for this very poor service

We had the good fortune to book a stay at this hotel for six nights, based in part on the reviews found on this site. We had two rooms, one for a friend and her husband, another for my father and myself. My friend is extremely demanding, and in notorious for cleaning hotel rooms herself when she checks in, right down to the air conditioning vents. She reported that her room was one of the few occasions where she found no traces of dust or dirt. The entire hotel had a feeling of comfort and cleanliness, which may have been an even more impressive feat because it is pet-friendly. Our room was spacious, the handicapped-accessible bathroom was convenient and and clean, and the mattresses were extremely supportive. All in all, we were more than comfortable Everyone was extremely friendly and accommodating, from the management to the front desk, to the housekeeping service, some of whom wore t-shirts that said "Team Bath." "Team Bath: seemed to be a more than appropriate term, because of the way everyone worked together. These were people who did not just respond to our requests, but who affirmatively went out of their way to ask us if there was anything they could do to make our stay better. In the event I return to Bath, this hotel would be the first one I would check out.

Great hotel. Front desk staff very friendly and very attentive. Clean room with comfy beds and soft towels. Housekeeping is still not daily; it is every other day. Good breakfast. The pool is beautiful and crystal clear. Unfortunately, it is way too cold; my spouse would not even enter it past the ankles. I could only swim for under an hour before I had to get out because of the temperature.

Very pleasant staff, nice breakfast. The room was clean and the bed comfortable. The heat unfortunately is very noisy and the lovely window with a snowy view of the river was so drafty i had to wear a sweater to enjoy the view. I am okay with every other day housekeeping but the room needs to be arranged so this works better. More towels, more coffee, a bigger trash can etc. Yes one can call but just why not just provide better service?

Algemene ervaring is middelmatig. Kamers zijn gedateerd, maar wel proper. Ontbijt is naar Amerikaanse normen zeer goed. Grote minpunt is het feit dat de kamer en badkamer maar om de twee dagen worden gepoetst, bedden worden ook maar om de twee dagen opgemaakt. Nochtans betaal je wel een volle hotelprijs. Eindoordeel is dat dit hotel te duur is voor wat je krijgt.
