Small luxury hotel I feel relieved to see that it is SLH, but it is unusually understaffed. From check-in to dining in the restaurant, you have to wait, wait, wait. If you don’t understand English, please don’t come. Most of the employees look like college students who work part-time and cannot solve the problem alone. question.
The restaurant and bar are good, the room is very big, you need to take the stairs to the first floor, and the bathroom is half a floor up. The swimming pool is small and there are many people. There is a sauna, but it was useless because the temperature was 30 degrees on the day of arrival.
Charging the tram is also very funny. It took a long time to fully charge it.

I would like to thank the staff for everything they had done for me and my wife after I mad a awful mistake that is to embarrassing to go into ... all I can say is they literally made sure I was not going to be let down and time ruined by going above and beyond anything they needed to do to make my stay a beautiful one after my error ......the food was lovely and also everything was as it was in the pictures if not better something to see for yourself should you go ahead and book a stay .......

Homewood is a fantastic destination for dog owners as well as visitors to Somerset. Ideally placed close to Bath in lovely grounds it is an exquisite relaxing hotel. The pool and spa area are fantastic and the quality of food is superb.

the facilities are great, the spa very enjoyable, but overall service could be improved, making the addition of service charges, that are added to the bill prior to discussion with the guest a big no-no. i ALWAYS leave a gratuity, but this is determined by me and not the venue

This was a last minute get away for a few days. The hotel is lovely but the room felt quite dated and was needing some TLC. The main hotel areas also were looking tired and a bit run down in certain spots. Although the hotel staff were fantastic and very attentive the little aspects mentioned made it feel that we were paying above the odds for a 2 night stay.

We have had a fantastic few days spent at the Homewood spa hotel. Staff are super friendly and the relaxed atmosphere makes this the most amazing place to stay. The surrounding gardens are out of this world and so close to Bath itself it is an ideal place to stay for families. Highly recommend and can't wait to return!
