This is my 2nd time staying there in as many months. I went for business. First time I had an executive queen room. It was very quiet and I liked the large room The bed was not super comfy but not awful Last night I stayed. I thought I booked the same type of room but my mistake it wasn’t. Just a regular king room. It’s was dated. It was loud with people in the halls. The bathroom was so small. Tv was broken. Will stay at this property again but will be cautious and only book executive

The bed was extra firm, too firm for me , husband thought it was fine. Pool area extremely cold. Whirlpool had a film, and was hazy. Sauna did not work at all did not go above 18.5. Pool itself was fine. Coke machine wanted $5 for a can of coke...nope. Went to pay my bill ahead due to going to hospital for surgery. Front desk at first said i could not, then said their debit machine was down and they could only use cash...so i used the atm and spent an addition $3 on that fee. Since we went to avoid driving in a snow storm it did the trick, but can't say i would recommend to anyone.

Lighting was poor with a confusing system. Could not turn light off by door because i had my CPAP plugged in. Vending machines were over priced, $5 for a can of coke. $2.25 for aquafina when it said disani water. Sauna was not working with no signage, the whirlpool looked dirty, the pool was fine, but the area was extremely cold. Bed was too firm and the remote did not work for turning on or off the TV, only for volume and changing channels was sporadic.
