When we went to check in the Hotel was no longer OYO. They are now Motel 6, and have been for 3 months. They did not have our reservation. There was an OYO hotel close but they did not have our prepaid reservation. I need a refund for this booking.

It was in a bad area a lot of ***** went on there aka as i I like to call it drug heaven the room was in bad condition hole in the wall that I seen a dirty wash cloth was in the bathroom hanging up no tv and there wasn't any coffee in the room and i think the place is also being used as a apartment building from the look of it

This don’t please do not stay here it is not safe The pictures online looks very nice but once you get there in person it’s a total different ball game I have been trying to get a refund now for like two months you cannot get a hold of anyone at the hotel then ******* keeps you on hold for three hours for nothing I have pictures I walk in the hotel room there’s blood in the bed paint on the covers roaches in the room the ice machine look like someone threw up in it this place is filthy😡😡😡😡😠

The property was disgusting, mildew on the ceiling, no smoke detector, air conditioner looked like it was going to break, room smelled like a combination of cigarettes and mildew.

This was the most horrible hotel I have ever encountered. We originally booked it due to closeness to where we were going. Pictures looked like a good area. We requested non-smoking. When we got there to check-in, the area was terrible, nothing like pictured. Very shady area, people roaming around, it smelled terrible. Our key card dis not open, when finally entering the room it wretched in cigar smell. The reception said that everyone always smoke in the rooms, even if they say no smoking. The room next ro where we were going to stay had it's windows broken. There was literally trash everywhere, clothing, socks, underwear! The "cleaning" lady was cleaning some rooms while smoking. Called ******* and told them we could not stay there, my family did not feel safe. We could not get our money back. None of it. I am utterly disappointed in *******s service!!
