I would like to speak on the fact how disappointed and let down we were about our stay at your hotel in Baton Rouge We were there March 11th we were supposed to stay until the 13th we paid for 2 nights during the night on the 11th which was Saturday night we were in bed asleep and we woke up to a lady walking into our room and standing at the foot of our bed Needless to say it scared us to death she abruptly left my husband went downstairs and spoke to the man at the desk but he had just come on his shift and was absolutely no help the lady who had checked us in and he said she made the mistake but she had already left for the evening. He was no help at all. Needless to say we gardly slept that night and altho we had paid for anothernight We did not stay, we left. The comforter was dirty, it had stains on it. Very disappointed in the whole experience! I would like a reimbursement on the second night. Ii would like to talk to a person who is in charge. You can call me at 903-513-0121.

This small hotel appears to be recently renovated and rebranded. We found it to be quiet, comfortable and clean, with new paint, carpet, etc.. It is just off a thriving commercial ***** with other branded hotels and restaurants nearby. It offers relatively few amenities, for example the hot tub was boarded over. It purports to offer a reasonable choice of breakfast options, but when we were there they were out of eggs, sausage, butter, and Cheerios. But when we pointed that out to the front desk they attempted to restock most of those items for us.

Not what it use to be. This was our third time we’ve stayed there. Last year we came they were in the middle of renovation. We were told that the next time we stayed, we would receive a discount. It didn’t happen. The elevator did not work and we could only stay on the first floor, next to the kitchen that woke us up around 5 am almost every morning. Our room (maybe) is in the middle of renovation??? It didn’t look like anything in the pictures. Breakfast was often the bare minimum. Cold eggs and sausage. Muffins tasted old. :(

Rough! Lots of people just hanging out in the lobby - no tv just laying around and the place smelled like ****. Bathroom door didn’t shut. Coffee pot didn’t work. Coffee downstairs in the morning was out. Small roach in bathroom.
You can tell they don’t care and this review will go no where because they will still get $ due to Lsu games. sad.

The hotel needs renovations, especially the elevator, fitness center, and room bathrooms. Bed linens were stained!

This property was just very average for me. The room had a odor when we arrived and they put us in a handicap room and we were unable to switch due to availability. Since the shower was handicap when you showered the water got all over the floor, I just feel like it made a huge mess and was a hassle to clean up afterwards.
