The staff was wonderful to work with and helped with any issues or questions. Hotel itself is dated and in dire need of updating. New carpet and paint would be a god send. Fixing the elevator so they both work would be nice.

The hotel need to be refurbished. The carpet is dengue and dirty. The bed was horrible. The fridge didn’t work. I will never stay at another embassy suite again.

Check in and out was easy. Decent free breakfast. Bartender youseff (excuse the spelling) wasn’t very hospitable. He had attitude during free cocktail hour. Other than that it was cool

I overall enjoyed my stay the staff was nice and welcoming definitely got my money's worth. The heater did not work our entire stay they said they would fix it and by the last day we were told the boiler went out. It was a freezing stay lol but outside of that everything was good.
