The sheets were dirty. The elevator smelled like Budussy. Housekeeping is a joke. The water was lukewarm. The lady that is at the front desk during the week is no help whatsoever because she doesn’t answer the phones, but the lady that is there on Sunday is a beast. She was answering the phones, running laundry and cleaning up. She needs raise!!

Ms Kizzy was awesome!!! Service was great so glad I chose this facility will return when I arrived I was very tired upset she was a great once again I will return was staff was friendly room was clean parking lot was clean she is very aware of what is going on in and outside of facility at all times

I’ve been here for almost 2 years and in the month of march we haven’t had got water it’s the 19th of March we’ve made several complaints with no results I don’t understand why they won’t fix the hot water most of us work here and got water is a must

NO HOT WATER. Hasn't been hot water for 2 weeks now. I recommend another hotel until this issue is fixed. They cannot properly wash linen in room temperature water EWW. OTHER THEN THAT OVERALL SERVICE IS GOOD. Love the staff tho. Fix asap. Please

This hotel is not awful but it’s not great either, it’s a practical hotel that is cost effective when you are trying to be cost conscious on a work trip. It has great amenities and the rooms are spacious and clean, some of the clientele were loud and rambunctious a few nights but all in all it was not a bad week for the price which is definitely lower for an entire week.

Asia is hands down THE BEST front desk personnel I’ve ever had contact with. I was having trouble with my 3rd party booking payment and she patiently assisted me (with a smile & pleasant attitude). Please give her a giant raise!!! Also Kizzy was helpful during my checkout. Customer service really DOES matter
