Very poor condition of room. TV did not work, lights above vanity broken. Kitchen countertop broken. Paint stains on the carpet. Everything appeared to be 100 years old. Good location, bed comfortable. Staff did try and resolve issues but they would have had to replace TV, Ballasts in light fixtures, countertop in kitchen. Not possible.

Average - fine for a quick nights sleep which is all we needed.

The hotel is in terrible condition and should be closed until repairs can be made.

Rooms weren’t ready at 4:00. I had a sheet and piece of crepe paper as a blanket. The ice machine didn’t work. The breakfast was scrambled eggs and 2 pieces of sausage in a to-go box.

Carpets are stained in room and hallway, toilet ran all night, AC made noise all night. as a solo felmale traveller I was put at the back of the property on a ground floor room with bug sliding glass doors that opened out on to the property - did not feel comfortable there or walking alone from the parking lot. Front desk never answered the phone at night when I called to request a move.

Nice place to stay. Easy access off the freeway. Large, comfortable, clean room.

I was excited to hear that we were able to do an early check-in! Customer Service was excellent! Some issues I came across was the room seems a bit out dated. The TV is fairly old with the picture going dim to complete dark. The remote was not working properly. Also, the room smelled of old smoke. The bathroom toilet kept running at all times. Breakfast is included in your stay but you should get down at the exact time the front desk advise (7am) - otherwise the food will be left there unheated. The traffic/guests seems kind of sketchy at times being that I was there with my mother. Overall, the hotel was ok for the budget.

Good sized room for myself. King bed, large screen TV was great. Large bathroom with large step in shower which was great. Would have liked dead bolt lock on door. Needed room key to access hallway to rooms, which I liked very much. Great location . Rate per night was good.
