Nice hotel especially if you are there on a weekend and want to gamble. We were just passing through and need a place for one night. The hotel was great, but on a Monday, all but two of the restaurants were closed. We really wanted Cajun food, but the restaurant was closed on Monday and Tuesday as are two of the others there. There is also the resort fee that's only shown in the fine print...

The heater bowed only one ay, one side of the room was cool the other side was luke warm. The television is small and go from dark to light on it's own. There is no refrigerator nor microwave. Staff did accommodate us by bringing us a refrigerator. Furniture definitely outdated, but the shower was very elegant. The staff here is verey nice

The first room we had at first had hair in the bed and in the shower. Ms.Monica was kind enough to change our room with no problem. We were also allowed to check in early. Besides the hair issue everything was kool. Will be returning.

We stayed in the Iris suite and it was so nice. Very clean, quiet and great view of the river. I’d like to see some USB ports somewhere. I’m sure they will add this when they update (which honestly it could use just style-wise but it’s still nice). I also wish they had more eating options on site. Friendly housekeeping and staff! This is our second time staying and we like staying here!
