There was no phone number to get a hold of the front desk. The hotel demanded we return the key to the front desk, but the lobby remains locked all day and only the night window is available. They would not answer the buzzer. When I finally did find a hotel employee (outside of the lobby), I started asking her a question, and before I could finish, she screamed at me that she can't service me. I tried to speak to her again, and she did the same - not letting me finish, and screaming at me (literally) that she could not service me. She then turned around and banged on the front door, screaming to be let in. I left the key in the night window bin and left, finally.
Rooms were clean, but there were no cups or other amenities, and the toilet paper roll holder had been ripped out of the wall.

Not a bad Motel 6. Just not as good as others I've stayed at. No refrigerator or microwave. Very sp****ly furnished. It was like they had an empty room and just threw in a few things to rent it out for the night. Can't recommend it as there is another Motel 6 about a mile south. I drove by it on the way to supper. It looks newer and is in a much more built up area, lots of stores, restaurants and gas. Next time I'm in the area I will stay there.

The room I stayed in the evening of October 15 (232) was clean and seemed to be mostly renovated. Soundproofing in between rooms could be improved and the sink light didn't work, but was happy with my experience considering my last-minute reservation and the price.

De primera fue muy difícil accesar al hotel, no hay una correcta señalización. El cuarto era no-fumador y olía demasiado a cigarro. La limpieza del cuarto era mala, se veía que no habían barrido ni sacudido en días. Las sábanas y toallas presentaban aspecto sucio (manchas). En general al hotel le hace falta mucho mantenimiento, se veía muy descuidado, lo único que se veía bien eran las áreas verdes (recién cortado).

I was called 4 1/2 hours before I was set to be there only to be told they had no lights an then yall refunded me instead of voiding it so me an my baby wouldn’t have to sleep in the car an terrible site to book on I recommend you pay when you get there I’m not booking through this app anymore this the second time something happening with you guys
