Not a bad place to stay but in need of a lot of work, but you get what tou pay for wouldn't recommend for anymore than a overnight stay.

My room was nice and big .. Could do with a lamp the lights are a little bright for night time .. order Dinner and it was brought to my room .. I loved my room I was given and will take that room everytime I book there ... Loved it .

Random place I must say it’s not a typical pub hotel no one around at check in time had to call reception and wait at the door after calling before to ask how to check in and told to wait until 2. Meanwhile trying to talk over the generators that for someone reason are meant to power this whole complex. Lost power during the night and in the morning. How are you meant to run a hotel or business with inconsistent power source. A hotel that is for people should have power.

So it was very good room serviced every day all staff very friendly and helpful

The room we were in was damp. Not sure if it was due to the air conditioner but the sheets felt damp, the surfaces i touched felt damp, the ceiling in the bathroom was "sweating" and dripping slightly. There was no wipes to clean table if needed and had to just use the toilet paper provided. Floor was not clean and no broom available to sweep. The receptionist was at least the nice thing about the place. Bistro was okay too.

Pretty poor check in, we arrived just after 2pm there was no one on reception had to ring twice then wait in the bar area for staff to check in. Dining area is great, food and staff were lovely. The cleanliness was poor, tap in shower fell off, balcony has never been cleaned. Hand towel was dirty. After coming back from dinner there were ants all over the bin all along the top of the ceiling. The doorknob was loose. The pub is the best part.
