Exceptional experience, courtesy at check in and in the breakfast room, gorgeous room, everything worked well, as expected from a hotel, not as happened to me in Veneto, a 4-star hotel where it felt like being in the third world. Congratulations to the owners and all the staff.

The hotel has an excellent location and the parking is competently guarded and managed. The rooms are very large, very comfortable and have a nice bathroom. The reception staff are excellent and the receptionist is fantastic. A free bottle of water in the room would be a really good idea.

Business hotel in a central location, modern, elegant and well finished. I was for a conference and I was able to appreciate the excellent professionalism of the structure, clearly suited to this type of activity. Large room and courteous and attentive staff. Great Hotel!

I am writing this review to thank the Owner and the Staff for the professionalism and courtesy shown to me today. I had already stayed at this property two other times in the past, really satisfied. For personal reasons yesterday I was unable to go to the Hotel despite having made a reservation and not cancelled. When I went to pay the bill today, with amazement and above all admiration for the professionalism and kindness, I was informed that they would not ask for anything, despite my complete willingness to pay what was due. This is synonymous with PROFESSIONALISM. Not for the fact of not having paid, but rather to testify that in this Structure people are taken into consideration and any "special" situations for which they could behave (absolutely lawfully) in a completely different way, using the guarantees provided during the booking. Stage of a long journey, from Milan all the way down to Syracuse. Very refined hotel, with very friendly and kind staff. Beautiful quadruple room, large, bright, with elegant and comfortable finishes. Located on the main road, where you can take advantage of the various dairies located along the street. Definitely recommended
