Clean rooms breakfast was cold

The staff was so nice and very helpful during our stay! The pool was a nice size, I only wish the heat would’ve worked in the actual room of the pool! That is my only complaint. The breakfast was great! Rooms were clean!! We will definitely be back!!! We only paid $238 for two nights! Usually that’s unheard of with a pool & hot breakfast around the area! Huge thank you to the staff for being so welcoming!!!

This hotel feels very motel like…. It’s very old looking and run down… the staff was very nice but we willl never stay here again…. The rooms appear to look modern but the hallways look very old and run down.

Very nice

The parking lot was flooded because the drains weren't working. When I sloshed into the office to report the problem I was told I was "rude". The television didn't work because the staff had plugged the cable box in wrong. The fire alarm went off in the middle of the night just long enough to get everyone out of bed and dressed before they shut it off. The usb charging port (which also turned out to be the alarm clock) wasn't plugged in (I was late the next morning because my phone didn't charge). When I'd made my reservations, no on told me there was an AARP discount and when I went to the front desk to check in, they refused to honor the discount. All in all this was a very unpleasant stay and not worth the money spent at all. There is a Red Roof Inn right next door and I will be checking into that the next time I need to stay in the area.

The stay was nice for my wife , daughter and grandchild. The beds were a bit firm for our taste and the air conditioner was louder than we'd like but all in all it was a nice weekend trip

It was nice hotel, but shared a parking lot with a Red Roof Inn, which was literally across the breezway. Like having a mansion next to a trailer park.
