This place has become completely overwhelmed with locals just looking to party and get high. I even saw a desk agent get into a car that had been pulled around to the front door and get high. I was there 3 nights and not once did housekeeping come in to take out the trash or give fresh towels. The noises from the party's going on in the middle of the night could become quite loud. The heat would shut off in the room if it ran for long, causing the room to become cold quickly. The unit would have to be reset by me in order for it to come on again. I'm not sure why I wasn't moved to a different room or why this issue wasn't fixed during my stay.

We stayed in #334. The king bedroom with Jacuzzi. The room was very clean and spacious. However, the lamp that sat atop the desk had a broken switch and didn't turn on. The desk itself had very wobbly desk table legs. The Jacuzzi took 4 hours to fill not sure if it was the water pressure but my partner fell asleep before we could enjoy its benefits. The wood casing around the elevator was very unique. The continental breakfast was enjoyable with enough variety of food to feed the finicky. Our phone alarm didn't sound off before check out yet the staff over looked out 1/2 hour check out. Thank you and hats off to all the employees who show up everyday that made our stay comfortable.

The evening Lights that are on in the ground shine directly into the rooms... Making it really hard to sleep. Windows are old and barely shut and latch. Was very loud, dogs were barking in the hallway, paper thin walls, really old and outdated. Definitely needs a good overhaul.

This isn't even all of it the window lock was broken so the window was cracked open all night the heater didn't work there was dust everywhere in the room my kids were literally pulling garbage out from underneath the beds

The people working were nice. The breakfast was good. The hotel room wasn’t clean, the window barley shut and there was a broken light in the pool.

Could not get the tv to work and the floor was dirty. Sink was cracked. Kids running up and down the halls knocking on doors.

Bad breakfast very bad. Did not stay open till 9am no milk everything bromen could not even get coffee!!!!
