We didn't have housekeeping any time during our 5 day stay despite repeated requests. Front desk staff was unhelpful, discourteous, and almost rude. The toilet seat in our room was loose, no heat, and a burned out light bulb but although we requested attention, nothing happened.

No jousekeeping for 5 days despite repeated requests. Front desk staff unhelpful and rude.

The trip was not bad but the front desk controlling the temperature of the room was not fun. Firat night was 77 degrees and second night was 84. Told the front desk and they stated people on first floor were cold. Why have thermostats in every room if they are not usable. That was the only issue this trip as this is not a place i usually have issues with.

The room was extremely cold! Heat could not be adjusted from the room. When I complained to the front desk, I was offered a small space heater and an extra blanket. It was explained that your room temperature cannot be controlled by you, but is a central system forthe entire hotel.

Clean rooms, good breakfast, pet friendly, with a dog run that apparently used to be the outdoor pool. Indoor pool heater was broken and jazuzzi was drained, but of course that wasn't mentioned on their website when I booked, nor did anyone offer some sort of rebate for that lack of advertised amenities. Complain and maybe something will happen. After reserving two nights, I wanted to stay a third night and asked if they would give me a discount of some sort. They weren't interested, so I went someplace else that wanted my business. Still, a nice place, especially if you're traveling with a canine.
