Rifai and septian is so awesome, they acknowledge every single small things i need.. they are friendly they took care of us.. we really appreciate them so much. They even buy me medicine for my tummy ache.. they really have a good leadership,hopefull every staff will follow their example. They are a role model. They deserve a promotion

We (10) stayed at KTM resort for 2 nights. We had 2 of 2 room apartments and 1 bedroom sea facing apartment The resort surrounding areas are very nice especiallly sitting at the balcony overlooking the sea. Staff were helpful and friendly and no language issues. The 2 rooms apartment have only 4 cups n kettle nothing else. Only given 2 bathtowels. Please note no face towel at all. A quarter roll of toilet paper. The apartments lighting are so dim, not enough light at all. Water pressure to bath, another issue, very hard to adjust the water temperatute. It either gets very hot or cold. The phone system, we had 1 room apartment, the phone can only recieves incoming call?

Quiet Good For Rest between activity, Value Price, very awarted price with place, eazy to get transportation, eazy to find food, near big mosque, many way to pay room bill...., very recomended for long stay...

Good business hotel laying in the heart of Batam Centre. Room is clean and the closets smell like new. Toilet have integrated bidet and is, as well as the shower, well maintained. Breakfast is nice with a various choice of local and western meals. Served by motivated personell who will help you when you need them. The reason I'm not giving 5 stars is because I feel that the price / quality is not really correct. In my opinion the price is too high especially when you have to pay extra for breakfast. If you're a businessman this will be the perfect hotel to stay for you. For leisure it's also a good hotel, but there are other hotels over there who will offer you enough for 50% of the price I paid for this hotel.

Very comfortable and happy

The check-in process is quite smooth in the lobby that I think is less cold, the room according to the photo and description (reservation 2 Executive plus each 2 extra bed charge 1 extra bed per extra bed per night), The best extra bed is really a bed. Not a dim beam, the hotel's lighting package towards the room is a bit dark; I don't understand what it is so the concept is, what is saving, but if the lighting in the room mantep poll1 There is a mini playground at the rate for children, just yes, it's a bit dark; I'm afraid his kid and I'm worried so itchy because it's so dark. The breakfast menu doesn't know because this review is written a while after check-in and has not been updated the pool as well. but i hope everything will be nice.. The weakness I think is the location is a little bit. Maybe because this location is going to be thinking about it. Let's stay here again. Os Style will be the perfect hotel choice!!

Very good experience for my first time staying at Ando. Selected Ando after reading good reviews and on my arrival, didn’t know that Nagoya Mall is just a walking distance away. About 2 minutes across the road, and not forgetting there’s a convenience store next door. Did my proper check-in and gotten my room around 5 plus after doing my nails and did some shopping too. As my newly bought slipper (hook) came off, the staff provided me with the cable ties to securely salvage my shoe. Credits to the staff on duty on Saturday night. Will definitely book here again for my next trip. Side tip: Always go for grab and its very accessible!
