Very small hotel room and toilet. The room is like a budget hotel. Check in time is 2pm and I came at 3pm and had to wait 40 minutes to get into the room. The hotel receptionist only handled the check in process. Better find a better hotel in Batam for this price. Near with bar area.

Best location with walking distance pubs. The hospitality is awesome. Cleanliness is always on par.

Cleanliness very bad, stains on the blanket and mattress and the floor were so dirty wasn’t mopped and swept when check in. Aircon were not cold even at temperature 16, toilet smelled bad with mosquito roaming around. Very bad experience staying in Barelang, they should do something about it asap.
