Azana Hotels & Resorts Hotels in Batu

nginep semalem waktu hari libur, dapet kamar yg enak di lt 2, bisa req deketan sama anggota keluarga lain, sarapannya juga lumayan, harganya terjangkau tapi pelayanan dan pemandangannya oke bgt, cuma 5 menit dari alun2 batu

I'm writing this review based on facts, guys... This was my first time at the Azana hotel, and whether it was a coincidence or not, my stay was very uncomfortable because: 1. The lights kept going out, especially in the late afternoon/early evening (3rd floor). 2. The AC was probably dirty and needed cleaning, causing water to leak like a faucet, even if only for a short time, it was a strong gush. 3. The key card wouldn't open the door at night, meaning I had to go back down to the lobby. 4. There was no elevator access, so I had to carry my sleeping second child up and down the stairs. 5. The electricity went out at 11:30 AM, before check-out time, making packing hot and uncomfortable. 6. Parking was limited for both cars and motorcycles. 7. The hot water only worked for a short while. Sorry about this, but I'm just giving an honest review based on my experience, with no intention to badmouth or anything else. Thank you! 🤗
