Really disappointed with my stay. The room view was terrible, directly facing the roof of the 'abandoned' mall, which is completely unacceptable for the price I paid, especially for a 2-night stay. The bathroom glass door had obvious brown stains or mould, showing very poor cleanliness. The room was not soundproof at all. I could clearly hear conversations from the next room, making it hard to sleep and rest. Overall, the stay was far below expectations.

Place is ok because they provide free parking for hotel guest and you really need a car if you wish to travel from the hotel. Other than that place is good for a one or two night stay.

I stayed at Mercure Selayang because my mother had a medical appointment at Hospital Selayang, and the location was perfect.. just a few minutes away. The hotel is clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay.
The room was spacious with a nice view, and the bed was very comfortable. The convenience of having shops and restaurants nearby made things even easier for us. Overall, it was a pleasant and stress-free stay, especially during a busy time with hospital visits.
Would definitely recommend this hotel for anyone who needs to be near Hospital Selayang or wants a relaxing stay in the area.
