We went there with family double room reach there no reception 1/2 hour we stand there for a front counter staff then told us no double 4 person stay that hotel balance 2 person stay another of their hotel like **** ****.. then when we ask for cancellation ask for refund they ask us to cancel in this trip app I told that ****** receptionist guy there already stated no refundable but he call someone ask and ask us to cancel in this trip app and hotel will return refund.. more then 2 week there is nothing very2 bad service don’t book this hotel ever very disappointed

Simple hotel, cheap price, don't expect too much. Just good to stay for the night. Near selayang area, gombak area, and somewhat near to kepong. So alot of eating place. Alot of parking space

Very bad Inside room toilet plumbing problem and toilet gets flooded during shower because of bad dirty drainange of the Attached bathroom and the water pressure during the early morning during the day was super slow. Very terrible service.
