L’hôtel en lui même est sympa, les extérieurs sont bien, il y a un petit espace avec deux toboggans aquatiques pour les enfants et des jeux d’eau. Concernant les chambres, nous avons d’abord eu une chambre (propreté moyenne) mais surtout une sdb dans un état de délabrement et sans eau chaude. Nous avons changé pour une autre chambre, salle de bain tout aussi vétuste mais nous avions au moins l’eau chaude. Le prix n’est pas du tout digne d’un Shangri-La et le standing non plus. Le seul + c’est le petit dej avec un large choix en sucré et en salé. Il y a des hôtels bien mieux et moins cher dans le coin !

這是一份遲到的點評！香格里拉金沙灘衹能用驚艷來形容，不單純是優美的環境和最棒的酒店團隊。在我在海里游泳時遇到了水母的侵擾，因為我和小朋友都是第一次被水母蜇，難免有點緊張，離我最近的吧枱的服務生第一時間去聯絡醫務官，水吧枱的NINI姐姐幫我進行酸洗並安撫我們緊張的情緒，所有工作人員都來關心你，那時的感覺即安心又温暖。之後還收到了酒店的慰問卡。
檳城的香格里拉酒店金沙灘不一定是最豪華或者是最新的，但是香格里拉金沙灘的軟性服務絕對是最頂級且值得為之稱道的，從你下車開始到Check in到入住；客房，餐飲，娛樂吧，泳池，海灘，一切的一切都值得稱讚，希望下次還能有機會再次入住。
給這個酒店的一切點贊！！！
