This is definitely the best hotel I've ever stayed at in Penang; it's flawless in every way- including facilities, comfort, service and hospitality, and, above all- food and beverages at Cinnamon Asian Kitchen and Javana Lounge! Along with a magnificent view and a very cosy room with lovely amenities, the staff are welcoming, helpful, and attentive. 10/10 ⭐️

This was my third stay Park Royal penang resort, and once again, everything exceeded my expectations. The staff are always friendly and attentive, making me feel right at home every time I visit. My room was spotless, comfortable, and well-appointed, providing the perfect place to relax after a long day. I also enjoyed the breakfast. Overall had a comfortable stay at Parkroyal Penang Resort. Loved the surrounding landscaping of the hotel with the beautiful mountain views and beaches. The hotel staff had also kindly made my bed and prepared a cake in celebration of my wedding anniversary. For the room cleanliness, it could have been better as underneath the beds are a bit dusty and some pillows had some smell on it though.

Had a wonderful stay! The reception team was very thoughtful — they even reconfirmed whether we were celebrating a birthday or anniversary, and surprised us with a cake. The small minus point is that the lift is very small and only one lift near our room,

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel in November. The check-in process was smooth, and I truly appreciated the complimentary room upgrade. My room was clean, well-equipped, and very comfortable. The king-size bed and soft pillows made for an excellent night’s rest.
Last but not least, the breakfast was impressive, offering a wide spread of delicious choices. Overall, it was a delightful experience, and I would gladly stay here again.
