Hot cold water dispenser in corridor helpful. Counter staff friendly. Grab RM7 from town centre....had a v good sleep...zzzzzz

We recently stayed at this hotel and the waiters we met were the friendliest we have ever seen, welcomed us very warmly and couldn't be more enthusiastic. I was just doing a research study to write a book, so the manager arranged for us a driver to take us to various places in the neighborhood. We were invited to have a halal dinner the first night, and the manager arranged for us to taste the local bibimbap the next day, which was all temporary. The hotel is spotless, very fashionable, and the price is worth it as a boutique hotel. Highly recommended, all staff fully represent the warm and friendly Malaysia!

The service is good. Be careful with trip.com as i book for 2 rooms & also paid for 2 room but when i arrive at the hotel, they said they only receive a booking of 1 room & they even showed me the booking from their system. After 30minutes of discussing and i’m so lucky that night, someone checkout early and i get 2 rooms and the receptionist is very polite and helpful. Keep on apologise for things that is not their fault but i get a different room from what i booked but i think it is ok as all the hotel were fully booked. The door having problem which is nit functioning well but i just stay for 1 night so no problem with me. Others, i’m satisfied with the service and room. The room & toilet is very spacious and we have a good sleep. Thanks to the receptionist.
