First of all, I want to give a disclaimer, that almost all hotels in the Batu area are IMHO quite overpriced, especially during high season like when we stayed on April 13-14 2024.
We booked a family room because it could fit 3 people. The room space is ok, but with a rate of 3 point several million, according to our experience, we have gotten more spacious rooms in hotels with higher stars. Moreover, in our room we happened to get a place with a pillar like in the photo. For people who like to sit on the balcony of their room to enjoy the view while drinking coffee like me, please kindly lower your expectations. Because the balcony is quite minimalist.
Staff service was very good, the check-in process was very fast. The taste of the food at the restaurant, both at breakfast and when we tried dinner there, we gave it a rating of 7/10. The breakfast menu is quite varied, only lacking in beef or beef bacon variants.
The location is very close to the transportation museum, within walking distance for those who are used to a healthy lifestyle.
TIP. Ask for a room in the middle (not the end) so you don't get hit by a pillar like us

Just for input, the bathroom only has one shower, there must be a flexible shower, small towels are not available.
For breakfast, the menu variations are quite good.
