I'm sorry to say, i have to It was bad from the service, breakfast and room, but fortunately the view was good, that's all, i couldn't get my self satisfied

Love the place.. we arrived exactly on time to check in (which is 2 pm) yet we have to wait for an hour and a half for our room to be ready.. that kinda ruined our day a lil.. The rest was good..my family enjoyed the stay

Good location, very big area resort, need to use shuttle to reach restaurant to breakfast. Lack of food when breakfast, so slow to refill the food...no pool towel for swimming

the hotel is very good, the service is very good and friendly, the rooms are also clean, very comfortable, complete amenities, the breakfast is also delicious, the view of the hotel and from the breakfast area is very beautiful, the best experience to stay at Kusuma Agrowisata at an affordable price

The view from the restaurant is really great, the breakfast is decent, the staff is friendly, there are tourist spots too even though you pay more.

Of the 3 glasses, 1 glass used for drinking has not been cleaned..the room handle is also broken...others are really good, breakfast, view 😁

Booking during peak season, and check-in at 21.30, got the remaining room with a single bed sheet that was installed horizontally on the king bed (the part covered by the blanket half without the sheet), WiFi didn't work, table in the room without chairs, the room couldn't be locked and to install the correct bed linen and bring in a technician to fix the door it takes until 23.30, I realize the limitations of serving so many visitors, but it's quite draining patience..

The service is friendly, the location is very good, comfortable and quiet...the rooms are spacious, the price for food at the restaurant is rather high, the taste of the food is pretty good, I like the omlet and the stir-fried bean sprouts...overall recommended
